Help!

I just received my my new Predator U7135 in the mail today. I tried to put my factory load on the unit and I got the following error " U7135 does not support calid". What's the deal? I have a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with the 5.7L Hemi. The predator is model U7135 with v.9r29 installed serial # 317667.

please advise

Wrong Predator. You need a u7137. The only Grand Cherokee the U7135 supports is the SRT8.

Thanks. That really pisses me off. I called Diablosport directly, told them what vehicle I have and they told me the U7135. It wasn't like I ordered it through their website and picked the wrong one... I know what truck I drive... it sure as hell isn't an SRT8. Hopefully, I don't have any issues with diablosport taking this predator back and sending me the right one.

Update...

First off I need to appologize to Diablosport... I had ordered the tuner through Speedlogix not directly from Diablosport. Major brainfart on my part... speedlogix was the vendor that sent me the wrong tuner... I just got off the phone with them and it's all good. They are going to send me the right tuner (U7137) today.

FWIW, there are drop down options all over this site that will tell you what the correct part number for any application is ;)

Hey anybody!!! I got a Diablosport U7185 for my 2005 Silverado Duramax when I put a program in my pickup it has a hiccup and gets progressively worse as u bump up the settings. I've taken my pickup in before warranty was up and had all updates installed but makes no difference,Don't know how to explain it but it's like it loses all power to the engine for just a second and backfires kinda!! Worse when pulling fifth wheel, 1 performance shop plugged the tuner inn and tells me I can't update it and others tell me I can but I gotta buy the equipment to do it! What do I do????
