f150 and trinity - 5.4L owner plz input

Post by Argh226 »

Hi,
I wasn't the one that had to operate the trinity and I need to figure it out. Simply enough, for now, I would like to know what choices are available on a stock trinity under performance?

I am not sure if it was modifed or not. I believe there was some modification but I need to make sure.

Thanks.

Just pick one of the tunes listed in performance and load it. Swap between tunes until you find one that you like and run with that.

The thing is I belive they have been modified, therefor I am not sure....

The one that needs support with it said that where he bought it they had it modified. I was looking to modify his truck with the best peformance/MPG balance for 87 octane.

From what I read there is :
maximum performance : 91minmum 93oct recommended
91 performance : 91 octane.

Thats it.

scroll down a bit, you should have lots of tunes there, and one for 87 octane.

Ahhah...OK, 2010 is the key, not sure why there is no 87 octane tune, let me look into that.

if you post your last tune written and original backup files, I will get you a 87 octane tune.
