I am getting a u7137 from a tuner and he says that I do not need to get my ecu flashed for speed and rpm limit which will save me $350.00. I am sceptical due to the ecu that I have and for years people have been telling me that what the Preditor seemingly can do can be done. Please verify for me about the speed and rpm issues I have . I have an 06 Jeep TJ Wrangler. Thanks

The u7137 can adjust your speed and rev limiters. What exactly are you trying to do?
