2006 2500HD LBZ. Is anyone towing loads heavier than 8,000 in the 65 hp tune? I recently pulled my trailer (12,000 lbs) on a 2,000 mile vacation and did not see any noticable improvement in MPG when in the tow tune. I want to tow in teh 65 tune, but Diablosport does not reccoemend this, over 8,000 lbs.

I would strongly suggest an EGT probe before attempting that.

EGT = Exhaust Gas Temperature. You're going to want to have a probe installed and get a pyro gauge to make sure your EGTs stay below 1350F. I was wondering where the 8000# recommendation came from and now I know.

How heavy of a load are you planning on towing. I moved from NY to TX towing a boat and 4 wheeler totaling 11,000lbs(truck,wheeler,boat) and used the 120 tune with no issues.
