P0088 code with 9t13g test crom

I got this code P0088 high pressure fuel rail after installing 80 hp tune. Truck wont go over 65.
Installed stock tune back in truck.

Also note pcm controls voltage output of alternator with predator installed voltage 12.7 to 13.3 when I went back stock 13.9 to 14.5 volts

Yes on the 9t13c crom transmission would not downshift out of overdrive until you were around 30 mph or you kicked throttle to floor and forced downshift. I have been running the 50 hp tune with out problems and I heard that people were getting better mileage on 80 hp tune. So I installed drove to work and back maybe 25 miles round trip and got the P0088 code and truck ran terrible.
