I was wondering if someone could help? I have a F350 that was reprogramed at the dealer when the tune was still on the vehicle (replaced FICM), now I can't re-install the original flash(OEM) to the truck or update latest crom (seeing the tool won't let me because the original does not match).

You'll need to fax proof of the reflash to 561-908-0048 then call with the tool powered up so we can unlock it for you.
