7.3 ford 2000 f250 cal id # VNAB1N2

I just bought a predator U7170 and it said my vehicle isn't in the system, gave me cal_id VNAB1N2. I went and spent the $40 on parts to update to 8r01 and tried again, said the same thing with cal_id VNAB1N2. Support has been a joke, I've been on hold nearly two hours. I'm beginning to think I should have went with Bullydog.
