CMR tuning???

I own a U7198 for a 2000 Z28 LS1. No revisions yet.
Can someone PLEASE explain to me the exact CMR tune program????
I hear it mentioned all over the place, but have NEVER heard a full, detailed explanation of HOW it works, what it can do (parameters, full dyno tune,?), and approximate costs.
Also, can this device edit/write out the A.I.R. system from the PCM?

CMR (ChipMaster Revolution) is diablosport's full tuning software suite... it's like hp tuners, efi live, etc...
if you're interested in purchasing it, it's $2,500 and you can contact
[email protected]
and your 7198 predator can not disable any codes... that functionality was removed a few years ago due to EPA regulations... you will need to get a custom tune created for your car/predator in order to have the necessary items disabled in a custom tune file.

Thanks, but I was asking about how much your CMR dealers get for a tune, NOT the cost of the full software program/package.
Also, if this is done in person, on a dyno, can the custom tune then be uploaded into the Predator, on the spot, in place of ONE of the already existing tunes in the device??
Please don't laugh, I REALLY do not know very much about your/these devices.
Thanks.

Thanks Smoke!
Daily... it all depends on the tuner as to how much they charge... me, for trouble codes and other necessary related items, I charge $30... for a full custom tune to get you even more/better performance, I only charge $125... and it's all done via email...
yes, the custom tune has to get imported into the predator, as that's how you have to install it to the car...
you would provide the custom tuner with a copy of your "original backup" stock tune file, and a copy of the "last tune written" tune file... the cmr custom tuner then creates your custom tune file for you... you import it into the predator... then connect the predator to your car and install the custom tune to it... and done.
your predator is a newer one on a 9rXX revision number, right? when it boots up and is at the main menu, the revision number is shown at the top of the screen.
also, did you also purchase the pc interface kit for it? that's the usb/serial cable and power adapter that you need so that you can connect the predator to your Windows PC in order to download recorded data logs, import/export tune files for custom tuning, update it to newer revisions, etc.

There he goes being all modest about it. Just google diablew custom tunes. And read through the threads and see what people think. I just got my tuner and data cables last night. I just flashed my truck...last night. But once i get some miles on it and i can log some stuff he is the one i will go to. And the ENTIRE reason i went with this handheld tuner. I spent over a year researching stuff because everyone says handhelds are junk. But if you look at pricewise and what all you can get with this tuner its a great deal. 125 for a custom tune is unheard of. Then you see all the cars he has tuned and it makes you want to find him and shake his hand!!!
