u7153, 2000 f150 5.4 went to change shift point n when up loading to truck it said unable to load last tune ..... then return stock program it would also say unable to load ... something like that, is there one on the site i can use thats already uploaded ..

try pulling the battery cables for a minute and then reconnect and see if it will fire or restore at that point.

i got that sale date, new 12/16/2009.

You may want to give us a call with the tool powered up in the truck.

i dont want to even plug that thing back into my truck . u guys told me over the phone that the tool is defected . scared to take a chance pluging it in to my truck , just spent over $100 bucks to reprogram at ford .got kids n work cant aford to have my truck down like that again. if u think it might work though but it messed up somethings up in my truck but im sure some how we will get this figued out

got receipt and sent off chip should be to u guys today.
