I am having problems with the software for my 09 Challenger. Bought the U7135 with the u7778 program kit. I was told that the kit might not work with Win7,and it did not. so I went to my old computer with XP, and it still did not work. I can load the disk, and load the program, but it will not put up a shortcut or run. I also tried to download it from your site, but it dose the same think. Help! need to save my org program.

I don't know who told you it wouldn't work with windows 7, but they must have been misinformed. I use all of our software on my win7 machine just fine.
You need to download this driver:
http://diablosport.com/downloads/PL2303 ... e_1013.exe
Restart your computer, then install this program:

It normally doesn't work in Windows 7. You gotta run it in XP Mode.

Maybe this was an issue a year ago or so...but no more.
We have win7 on 3 of the 4 PCs in my support office, and all have the drivers installed no prob, and I have the drivers installed on my win7 laptop, again, with no issues or special steps
