New Update for U7170

I was just curious when this new update for the U7170?? I have had my tuner for going on 2 weeks now and i haven't been able to do anything with.
It brings up the vehicle not supported. i have been bugging the diablosport techs atleast once a day asking when the update is going to be available??
i just hate having it just sit around and not be able to use it. And is there a way i can send you mine and you guys send me a new one that WILL work???

Okay here's the whole story. I purchased a 7170 Diablo about 6 weeks ago. I installed the economy tow tune (60hp) I loved the power but the transmission shift got real spongy, so I try to reset the shift pressure and I don't have it on my Diablo 8R02. I call Diablo and the lady said to go to the web site and download the latest update. (8r01) I did that, then when I booted up I didn't have shift pressure adjustment and I lost my 85hp tune. Now you sent me another download. I attempted to load it, it wouldn't load and now my Diablo will not load anything. Can I just send it back or do you have a way of fixing it?????????? I like this product but it did not do everthing it said it would(shift pressure adjustment) and it seems to be very difficult to get a straight answer. Also the Diablo never had the altitude tune to begin with.

I got your email last night with the new update on it and i could not get it to transfer to the tuner. everything worked up to the point were it says writing packet 2 of 6648 and the tuner says cannot write to 7.3 powerstroke. And i tried it 5 times read the instructions each time and did them step by step to make sure it wasn't me messing it up. And the guys i've been playing phone tag and email tag with have been really nice but i am tired of being told it'll be fixed tomorrow we are working on it or you gotta get this cable. The WHOLE reason i went with a tuner and not a chip was to have an easy installation. So now i just need to know what i need to do to return it because i'm afraid if i ever get it to work it's going to blow my truck up later on.

I can assure you that the tunes will not blow anything up.
The tunes in the Predator are the same as those found on our chips.

Can you give me the entire error message?
Was it 'unable to load Ford 7.3 application in to Ford 7.3 128k tool'?
If so, I have a new revision that will work.
