File help needed

I have a '12 5.0. Just had Borla axle-backs installed a purchased a Trinity 1000 at the same time. I have downloaded all of the drivers and available files, but when I connect the trinity to the OBD, and try to enter my vehicle information, it asks if I want to download the file for the 2004-2011 Mustang.

I'm following the directions to the letter, but the Trinity doesn't seem to want to communicate with my car. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Choose 2011 for now, thats fine.

I still receive an error. It will not accept 2011. I receive the "FPNA08" (or something real close to that) code. I was on the phone with Tech Support several times yesterday and they walked me through the troubleshooting, to no avail. I was told that a "e" version should be available by this Friday, because the "d" version did not work.

What is the status of the new CalID for the '12 GT 5.0? I picked up the Steeda CAI yesterday and am sitting on $1,000.00 worth of equipment that I can't use until the new crom is configured.

Mike, sorry to be a PITA, but today is almost over. If it's not going to be today, I'll return the T-1000 tomorrow to Tire Discounters Performance and find a tuner that works with my car. Thanks
