1-2 shift too harsh

how can I adjust the tune so the 1-2 shift isn't so harsh? under WOT, during the shift, it makes a squealing noise that isn't present when the factory tune is installed. also, when just driving around, the truck just jams into gear making the entire vehicle lurch forward.

i adjusted the shift time for the 1-2 shift and it made it not so harsh, but under WOT it still squeals.
