Cannot get rkl onto my 03 CTD

My CALID is: 05073543aj
It keeps saying something like Custom tune not supported, tune will not be used. how do i get the rkl tune that DOES NOT have added timing.
I have the trinity with the updates.

If the tool is telling you that the custom tune is not supported or the cal id is not correct.
That could mean that
1 the backup file sent to your tuner was not correct.
2 the cal id on the custom tune is not correct and does not match your current cal id.
As well as when you are uploading the tune to the tool. you have to choose the new toon as well as the original backup file.

You should be using this one:

Make sure you have a tune loaded to the truck before loading the custom tune to the tool.
