Cannot get the RKL tune to download in my cummins

You sent me that tune, but i downloaded it and it states.... Custom tune not supported, tune will not be used. This is getting old.

I dont know what im doing wrong, but im getting frustrated. Can you walk me threw it step bye step or something?!

there is really not much to it.
Load a canned tune to the truck.
Download one of the tunes from the list, send it to the Predator using DSDownloader, and they should work.
What is the exact error message?
What revision are you on?

I will have to look. If it makes any difference, i also cannot look at/ delte CEL codes. Never have been able to, with my predator or my trinity.

How do i know what CALID my truck is supposed to be?

you need the tunes that start with 05...

I need to touch on this here, so most of us know we have to install canned tune, then upload RKL with matching 05, 25, 15 etc etc......also i think theres an issue with the RKL tunes and pred and trinity. For example, I have 05 ram diesel. I install extreme, then upload RKL with 25xxxx to trinity, then plug into truck, and that message comes up, like OP said. same exact thing mine says. I have updated to the balls, yet every 25xxx RKL tune does not work. I have trinity u7130 cummins, V.1r08 is lastest update(03/29/2012)
says BUS test not done.....whatevrer that means, CALID is 25xxxx
whats the issues here? Iv looked high and low. I used RKL tunes on my old pred all the time no issues. Now i have trinty......Y IT NO WORKY?
