I just purchased a 04 mustang cobra supercharged and was told that the car was hyper chiped. How can I know if is true and how can i get rid of this tune and install the predator? i dont want to install a new tune and damage the car.

Do you mean a chip from Hypertech? If it is it may be as easy as removing the piggy back chip from the computer. Have you looked at the computer in the kick panel.

Yeah, check the PCM for a chip, and remove it.
