Ignition - "Vehicle did not respond to live" messa

U7152, 9r04, 2004 Ford F250, 5.4L

When trying to log real time data. If I choose ignition, I get a message "Vehicle did not respond to live". All the other real time data options work. If I choose alll, there is no timing information available.

fyi, this unit was just returned to me. When I bought it,It had a keyboard problem so I had to RMA it. I am not 100% sure but I think it would log ignition before I returned it to have the keyboard fixed.

Resolved. I picked Troubleshooting - Live Table Reset, then the ignition logging was available.
