Warranty ATTN Mike

Hey Mike,
This is David from Fullsizechevy.com, you helped me a while ago back for a custom tune on my old truck 06, and an update for my predator for my new truck 07 6.0, any how my programmer is not coming on when I plug it in the port on my truck. I havent dropped it, got it wet or left it in direct sunlight so I don't know what the problem is. Anyhow I need to service my truck and I have to remove the tune from my truck to do so. The programmer is about 1 1/2 years old can you help? Can I get a RMA number or what have you to send it in?

check your fuses. cig. lighter fuse, power outlet fuses, etc etc to make sure the OBD port is actually getting power...

can you plug it into another vehicle to see if it powers up??
