more features, better data logging, will have more functionality updates in the future, such as the ability to tune more than one vehicle at a time, etc... which the predator will not get... the predator is at the end of its lifespan and is going to be phased out / replaced...

inTune is a Predator replacement, so its a similar list, but add one part number and 2 analog inputs, full color touch screen...

I have heard that a used Predator is worth $100 credit toward the purchase of a new Trinity. Is this true and if so does any Predator qualify or does the Predator have to be a Revision 2?

Any Predator will get you $100 towards a Trinity or a replacement Predator for $250.
