Is there a way to update my U7198??

I have a U7198 for my 2001 z71 5.3 and i have the 2.13 version and it seems a little outdated to me, i hear there are newer revisions that are better. Can i get those, if so how?? Thanks for all the help in advance.

yes, absolutely... it will only cost $99 for the upgrade to get the new version tool.... here's info about it:

Hey monte there is no RMA in there. Im definitely gonna send it in, how long does it usually take to get the update?

yeah, I know... like the directions on that page say, go to the RMA form under the Support tab at the top of the page...
not sure how long is usually takes.. couple weeks maybe?? not 100% sure, since I'm not there....

On the RMA form it says date i purchased, i dont really remember since i bought it off ebay i know its been over 3 years. Does that matter, can i make up a date? Also is this considered a software update? Sorry im asking so many questions i just wanna be sure, also do i have to notify diablosport somehow im sending this in?

SO mikel that subtle hint was send it in for a hardware upgrade and itll bypass all my issues and get the new version??

Hey mikel how do i get an RMA number and do i need to talk to a tech and let them know im sending it in? Im a little confused, if you could tell me what all i need to do i would GREATLY appreciate it sir.

fill out the rma request under support and select the hardware upgrade option.

its usually 2-3 weeks from the time we get it till you get it back....
