I just installed mine as well in my Bullitt.... and I'm having the same feelings.
Please some one answer the following:
Can you upload the DiabloTune (for adding hp & torque) and at the same time raise your "speed limiter" and turn off your "traction control"?

Yes, you can make those changes at the same time.
If it does not feel like you are making good power be sure that you have good quality fuel of the highest octane available in your area.
Thanks

is 93 octane high enough? Do you recommend octane busters?

93 Octane is high enough. Make sure you're using the 93 octane program if available. Mike was also suggesting using a high quality fuel, name brand like exxon, Mobil, Shell ... instead of gas from the local noname cheapee gas station.

I am having the same issues. It seemed to run alot better with the factory tune and advance the timing alittle.

What does it mean when it says this unit is not licensed for use on this vehicle? How do I fix it? This is on a 99 Mustang GT manual.
