Is there any place where you can see what has been added to an incremental update? I just update my Trinity to the latest Ford F150 CROM 1r08e from 1r08d. It would be nice to know what has been added as I have been waiting since July to add the 87 octane tune that your website has been falsely advertising. All I see on this forum is that it is coming?
I have to say I have never been run around in so many circles since grade 3 gym class. You speak to sales and ask why they advertise the 87 octane tune and they transfer you to Tech support who assure you it is there!
You can't actually check on the unit unless it is married to the vehicle, well...., I did this once back in July and it shut down my vehicle which a Ford mechanic had to completely re-write the PCM. I sure enjoyed that exercise seeing as I was 6 hours from home on vacation. The unit got stuck in trying to re-load a tune, so back it goes to you guys for reset and it comes back the same way it left and I am out $70 in shipping charges. Tech support talked me through a full reset, after being bounced around for ever. Are you hearing the frustration coming through with your world class tool???? Ok, vented enough. 87 Octane tune, is it there or not??
