also can you all help me as to get more horsepower its a 5.3 crew cab i know there kinda heavey but i just want bolt ons like cold air intake and throttle body which are the best thanks i appreciate it

Yeah, I can see the CAI making a dif, but the air still has to make that 90 degree turn before the throttle body so don't know if a plate is worth the dough. Free up the exhaust too. A good set of headers is a great start, and a high flow exhaust system. I had Gibson headers and a 3" Flowmaster system on my '01 and soon on my '03. These 5.3 engines are badass. Free up that exhaust though and you'll feel a difference.
