PCM flash. predator no longer works

So, long story short, 2010 Charger SXT stopped running while driving down the interstate. towed to dealership. tried to install stock tune first, but predator would not read PCM. ended up being a dead Front Control Module in the car..they replaced it and flashed my PCM to the most recent calib which is not recognized by Diablo.


I plugged predator in and it states I need to downgrade. I am familiar with how to do this as I had to do it the day the predator showed up in the mail.. here are my questions.

1. Once downgrade is installed on the predator from my computer, what can I expect when I plug it into the car being that Predator is married to an old PCM flash that no longer exists..

2. will it install the downgrade?

3. after downgrade is installed, then what?? will I need to call tech support to unlock the predator??

4. If I have to call in to tech support, can I do this in the parking lot at work on my lunch hour or will I require access to a computer and internet connection?

Did you restore the stock tune before going to the dealer?
if so, the tool is not married.

If it is locked, you need to have it unlocked before it can do the downgrade, fax proof of reflash to 561-908-0048 then call within an hour with the tool powered up please.

I tried to flash it back to stock while waiting for the tow truck... Predator would not communicate with PCM due to the electrical failure I had.

I will fax the statement of work from the dealership over today on my lunch hour.
