2005 grand 5.7

I'm new here and I need some help for my Grand Cherokee 2005 hemi 5.7L with tune questions and the predator number U7137 version 9r12

1- how to increase the WOT fuel by go to rich or lean because there is no + or - marks.
2- how to setup the transmission by upshifts and downshifts there is some numbers in %.
3- I have aproblem with cruise control it's disconnect after 65 mph
4- finally there is some lose in shifts from first to second how to solve that?
