U7170 non-linear throttle

I have a U7170 with 7r19dz file in it with date 3-15-05. I believe this to be latest program.
The engine response to Accel Pedal (AP) is not linear when 80 or 100 HP tunes are used. Very good response is delivered up until approx 70% pedal and then there is a reduced perfromance momentarily and then torque comes back slowly (2-3 seconds). No DTC's in ECM.
I have two programmers and when I install the highest tune (75 HP?) on my SCT 1705 there is linear throttle response.
Truck is a 2000 F350 DRW F350 4.10 gear 6 speed manual 2WD with 71K miles.
Lab scope view of AP shows linear voltage climb with depression of pedal.

Any help will be appreciated.

Have you checked boost during this event?

Yes, I monitored boost and it is 26-27 and when the pedal position that gives reduced torque occurs, the boost falls to 18-20.

The porgrammer has 7r19dz crom file in it but I loaded it again today bit it is storming and I haven't driven it yet. The dates are the same and I expect this will not have an effect. I will try it later.

After the new load of program, same dead spot is still there. Any ideas?

DTC P0470 will set I now find if I keep thjrottle in dead spot for a few seconds. I can erase DTC and drive truck and it will set again.
Any ideas?
Does not do this if I remove the Diablo program use SCT 1703 and instal their hi-perf tune.
