I bought a predator off a guy and it is still vin locked. I read that I need to call to set up a RMA to get it unlocked over the phone. I CANNOT get a hold of anyone to do this.

Seriously, I am a patient guy but holy cow how long does a man have to stay on hold. I am on hold right now by the way and have been since 8:45am.

Help PLEASE!!!! Just tell me how to get this 300.00 paperweight reset. I know it costs 120.00 or so but dang I cannot get in touch with anyone to give them money.

Sir, We dont take your money over the phone, you need to fill out an RMA request for unlock on our website under support. We take all calls as they come in. The morning times can get a little busy. But you do not need to call us for an RMA
