no tunes in programmer

I just purchased a 7170 for my 2002 powerstroke & it keeps telling me my vehicle is not in a database. I thought this was going to be easy. please help me. call id is tnaa4s2. also born 6/18/2007 part #7170 and has benn updated to version 8r01 please help thanks dan
