Transmision Tune on U7164 9t13i

I updated my U7164 to the latest crom 9t13i and when I installed to my 2008 F250 it asked which tune, so I entered the "performance tune", which then it asked my about the transmision tune. I dont ever remember the tuner asking for a transmision tune. My question is what is the difference of these two tunes and if I run the "performance tune" what should I run the "transmission tune" in? I have it running in the "performance tune" as of right now but I do not want to cause damage to my truck. Please help!
