is there fuel pressure added with extreme u7131

just wondering because my truck idles a bit rough on extreme and is doesnt idle rough on rkl or performance, it also smokes more on extreme than on rkl just wondering because its the perfect amount of power towing with my edge hot juice on tow also.Also is there timind added? doesnt sound like very much if there is becaue on performance i cant go any higher than 1 on my juice or it rattles pretty bad.
