does not have my truck in database

I just bought your programer sunday for a 99 Ford F350 7.3. When i pluged it in I went to download a tune and it says my truck was not in the database. The serial # is d00cab0, the part # is U7170, and the calibration #isVHAE9J2 it was born on 6-12-07. it also says V 7r20. Please help. If you could get back with me today I would REALY appreciate it.
