This is my first time to ever use a tuner and i could have sworn there was a set of tunes already on the tuner?
how do i get tunes on this thing?

there ARE tunes that come preloaded on the tuner...

what is your year/model vehicle??

yeah, it should have a tune or two on there for your truck already...

when you try to tune it, do you get any message about not being supported or anything?

I would give tech support a call...

so i bought a intunei2

it basically useless to me, I can't figure out how to register it, I cant figure out how to update it.

it wouldn't connect to windows said there was an error
connected to my mac, I've tried running the update icon in the folder but nothing happens

THIS THING IS FRUSTRATING
