2007 dodge 1500 keeps saying needs an update??

i have a customers 07 ram 1500 and i already have U7137.... 9r13 updated on the tool and keeps on saying that needs an update....WTF..lol

is there anything i can do...i tried 9r12 and 9r13 and nothing..

now it dont let me install 9r11 so i can try it to see if it works

any suggestions
