08 F250 U7164 wont start

u7164 2008 f250- dealer updated ecm, tried to reinstall tune and now the truck wont accept program or start now?
You may want to check for any codes, note them and clear any. Try again, if nothing try disconnecting the Battery/batteries (Negative side) and try again.
