U7146 Work n 2004 mustang V6

Will the U7146 Predator work on a 2004 V6?I am selling it and I am not sure if it their car is a 3.9 or a 3.8.

I called there today and talked to some one in the tech department and they said it would not work.

Not sure why people get an answer here, then call looking for another answer? Did you mention to whomever you spoke to here that I had told you it WOULD work?
Regardless, the U7146 supports every 98-04 Mustang ever built, whether its a 3.8, 3.9, 4.6 2V, 4.6 4V, whatever.

That's cool.I just wanted to make sure, that why I posted on here.I have been given wrong info before when calling the tech line.Thanks for your help.
