I cannot seem to get my computer to work with me on downloading it so can I just send it in and have you guys do it? I'm tired of trying and getting nowhere...

Well, there is a fee of $25 to update any internet updateable tool.
If you would like to do so, fill out an RMA request form under support and you will get an RMA# emailed to you.
