After restore the back up and return the the original tuning to my car i can not start perdator give me massage "unable to connect to PCM"

check your cigar fuse.

That's not it.... If there was no power to the port, he wouldn't be getting a message on the predator screen. 
So fadhil, you restored original backup to your vehicle, and now it won't start? Did the restore process complete correctly with no errors?

what tool?
vehicle?
revision?
what happened?
did you load a tune, then have the problem?
was everything fine, then one day the car would not start?
