T42/4 speed TCM test crom available

Anyone who would like to test out the new T42/4 speed TCM support, please post up or email me, and I'll send it to you.

We're looking for feedback either way, and also looking to collect any unsupported calibrations prior to release.

I downloaded the new crom and tried it with the diablo tune, i select modify tune and it shows the option of pcm or tranny. i tried to modify the parameters and some times on the normal shift rpm it would say "trinity does not support this vehicle call (561) 909-0400" i'd back out and try again and it would allow it but show random rpms like 5600 one time then 0 then 340 etc..other time it would show parameters not available for this vehicle/tran combination. under show information it has pcm: diablo tune (modified) tcm: original back up. here is a copy of the original and last tune written files. p.s. it is a 07 nbs vortec max

sounds like the tcm is not supported, we'll check it out

downloaded it and don't see anything for tcm say's nothing about tcm info on unit version v.1t08hi

have you installed any of the tunes to the vehicle after you updated the trinity?? it won't say anything for any TCM stuff until you've installed the tunes to the vehicle and it has read and saved the backup copy of your TCM file...

i updated the tool 1st installed the tune 87 oct then restarted and tried going back in to the tune to look for the tcm stuff and unit says in can't because the backup file appears to be corrupt

Updated, installed Diablo tune and firm shift TCM tune. First impressions, under part throttle, don't feel much difference, smooth. Under 75% throttle and more very nice, firm but won't snap your head off. I have the Corvette shift servo installed which already firmed up 1-2 shift, so 1-2 is quite quick. I really couldn't get after it real hard, because its icy around here and breaks the truck loose pretty easy. I haven't tried any other modifications or installations. I'll drive this for a few days around town and give more feedback as it comes. I'll try the other tune and adjustments later.

OK guys this is whats going on
- updated unit - then update unit to 1t08hi - then i installed 87 oct tune everything good - then restarted the unit tried to find anything with the tcm in the options nothing. - so then tried to but the original backup back in the truck it says ( just a moment ) then the unit just restarts its self - then i tried to enter the 87 oct tune and it says ( Backup in tool appear to be corrupt ) im confused on what to do next grrr

something's not right blueox... cuz when you went to install the pcm tune, it should have also asked you to select a tcm tune to install, or at least - you would have seen it save the backup copy of the tcm file before it installed the pcm tune....

get in touch with the diablo guys in the AM...

after you installed the new update, you reselected your vehicle, right? it may be that your calibration ID's for your tcm need to be added to a new revision update...
