Error Message: ECM: Error unlock for reflash (-1)

I tried flashing my 2008 LMM with the 100hp tune using the U7186 programmer.
I initially let the programmer download a backup of my ECU, then started the 100HP flash. The tune seemed to be loading fine, but after a couple minutes it said there was an error loading the program into the truck's ECU.
It said that it would restore the original tune. However, it failed to restore the initial tune as well. Clicking the info button showed the message: "ECM: Error unlock for reflash (-1)".
So now I seem to be in an endless loop.
Luckily, I have HPTuners and had saved a backup of my stock tune to my laptop and was able to restore the ECU that way. But now the Predator is pretty much useless.
Any suggestions on how I can get the Predator back to normal and succeed in loading a tune?
Some specs on the tuner:
Model: 7186, Predator '06 - '08 GM
There's a tiny UPC code: 222061
I can't check what version of the software is installed in the predator since it won't get out of the infinite loop.
Thanks,
Russ
