I purchased the Diablo tuner u7194 for my truck 4 months ago. Ever since i've bought it, it says it cant read the CALID and will not load onto my truck.... it tells me the vehical is not suported.... idk if you gave me the 07-07 classic body style or not...... but it wont work...and i even went and bought the 40 dollar usb hook up and talked to tech support and had me do all the revisions correctly and everything....nothing is working...can i contact or get diablo to send me the right chip??

Is your truck a classic body style or a new body style truck, and if new, what motor does it have?
Thanks

I would guess that the 8th digit of the VIN is an M.
If so, we do not support that motor, and I would suggest returning the tool.
If it is something other than an M, let me know.
Thanks

OK, the J motor is supported.
Make sure the Predator is on the most recent revision (8r07) and the tune should go in no problem.
Thanks

Well, if it is a U7194 (as it sounds like it is based on the 8r06 revision) then it is indeed the correct tool for your truck.
The updates are not too tough...what problems were you having?
Feel free to give me a call here with everything hooked up and I'll walk you through it.
Thanks
