can not update U7131 help

my pc detects it fine but when i try to update the unit it freezes up what to do ?? im at a lost here V.9r06 trying to load V.9r07

So it is auto detecting when you plug it in and open the DS downloader?? is your bid rate set at 115200? Are you getting to the power cycle part of the download?

tech support said all was fine but the dsdownloader freezes even with out the predator pluged in

ok talked to jon and got a new cabel gigaware 26-949 worked great with windows 7 NOW RUNING V.R907 thanks for all the help
