Hi I Have 08 gmc duramax with a U7186 Predator. Ok here is my problem When I plug the Programmer in. It reads Application Missing or Corrupt. I had installed the Tow setting in the truck awhile back ago with no problems truck runs fine, I went to change the program Yesterday , and now it is saying Application is missing or Corrupt.. I bought the programmer in 2008 had no problems sense now, have not did any updates yet,

It needs to have the latest revision reloaded to it, basically update the tool.

What would be the latest revision. In the updates which update do i use

I was reading that u have to put ur truck back to stock before u update the programmers ,but i am not able put my truck back to stock because the programer is saying the application is missing or corrupt,what would happen if i update before i return it back to stock?

If the tool says application missing or corrupt, than it is likely that someone already tried to update the tool, so you have nothing to worry about.
