I have 35" tires 318/72/17... and I adjusted my aspect Ratio to 68% from 72% and it is still reading 7 MPH slower than actual speed. What do I need to adjust? This is driving me crazy HELP!!!!!

it's not uncommon to have to enter a setting that is not the exact actual tire size to get the speedo to be correct... so, play around with some different settings until you get one that works and has the speedo correct...
