inTune registration???

I restored my original back up today and connected my inTune to the computer to register. When I was filling out the information, on the right hand side across from where is asks for your name, it also asked for a code from my email. What do you mean by this and where do I find it?
I also received an email from a DiabloSport, it says "You have been added as a user to Diablo Sport by Admin". It then gives a link and also says you have been given your username and password to log in. I received a username but no password. How do I get a password, it says it was sent but it wasn't.

When you registered the inTune you should have gotten a registration code.
The email you got you can disregard. They're working on some stuff.

I was unable to register when I connected it because I did not have the code they ask for.

Got the same email just this morning, just deleted it and then came here and logged on...
When they going to clean this forum up, kill them bots and clean up the posts, seems like a good place to learn about this stuff but it's not good with all the crap.

Registration is acting a little tempermental. We are diagnosing the issues. Please give it some time then reattempt. Registration is not required to use the tool or download the updates etc?

So I can still use tool to see codes/reset codes? Well it won't let me do that. I hooked it up to my trucks ob2 port and tried to scan it got to turn key to run and Itune would think. Then would go back to the previous page. I know their is a code on my truck. As the service engine soon light is on. Do I have to lock my device to a vehicle before I can use it as a scanner? Or is it because I can't register it?

Any word on this... This is extremely frustrating..
I purchased an intune specifically to replace my predator. The predator is uninstalled and in the process of being sold and now I can not get my cmr tune onto the intune because of multiple errors with registration, admin errors, driver issues and so on. My car is inoperable due to this because without that cmr tune to keep my fuel curves in check I will not take it out the drive way..
Please assist with this as soon as possible...

custom tunes have nothing to do with registration.. you don't even have to ever register and you can use the intune...
the problem you have is, your old predator custom tune file... you can't use predator or trinity custom tune files with the intune... you have to get your custom tune file recreated for the intune, using the copy of the original backup tune file from the intune...
so, post up the copies of your intune original backup stock tune file, and a copy of your predator custom tune file, and a copy of your predator original backup stock tune file, and your vehicle info (year, model, engine, mods, etc) and the guys will be able to convert it for you...
