Okay, thats a little weird...

2011 CTS-V. 93 octane tune, Firm TCM. The speedos don't agree. The digital reads 2-3 mph higher then the analog. I have no idea if this is tune related or not. I just noticed it. Normally I wouldn't care, because I rarely look at the analog, but I don't know which is correct.

Can you check this with the bosses car on the dyno and see if his match and if they don't, which is right?

Okay, whenever. I'm in no rush. Supposed to get cold later this week and I'm still on the summer rubber, so she's not going anywhere anyway.

Bump, so this doesn't get forgotten. Still in no hurry, haven't moved the car in the past 4 days. I hate winter.

Johans planning to play with the bosses car this week, he'll be able to check it out.

FWIW, have you posted this on the V forums, to see if anyone else is noting it with another scanner?

I found a complaint about it on the NHTSA website thats kinda similar. The complaint was for the speedo being 4mph fast, which GM claims is normal. They don't say which speedo is fast though. My analog reads about 2-3mph faster then the digital, so if they're talking about the analog, and its normal for that to read fast, then the digital would be the correct one.

I haven't posted on the V forums. I generally don't like using forums dedicated to a single type of car, because they're set in their ways, and my ways are usually different, so I'm automatically wrong all the time. Its the gang mentality. One person says I'm wrong and then everybody agrees with it. I'd rather just do my own thing, my way, and if I fuck up, so be it.

I was on cadillac forums one day in the V section, browsing some threads, and I kept seeing posts from some guy, and I was like, I know that guy. I recognize his 'dickness'....lol. Didn't take long to realize it was you, once I recalled you mentioning you had an LT1 back in the day ;)

I had a good chuckle...you do indeed tell it like it is

Me? I don't recall posting on any V forums...... Do I have a doppelganger?

They don't like me telling things they way they are on the Motor Trend forum. They banned me. Claimed I was "promoting genocide" by saying we should bomb any country that starts shit with us. Idiots.

I did have an LT1, long time ago. 96 Trans Am.

There are a lot of us. I can look in the Queens phonebook and find 12 or 13 Mike or Michael Levy's. I'm not special.
