How can i open my rpm from 4 to 7 when i put it in N?? Ls3

I have camaro Ls3, i want to open the rpm tell 7 when i put the gear in (N)
Also how i can update my tune? Thanks.

you can't do it with the handheld itself - that's not a user-adjustable parameter... you'd need to get a custom tune created for it in order to do that...

What exactly would be the purpose of revving in Neutral to 7k rpm? To make noise and annoy people like the ricers do? Theres absolutely no other reason for it.
