Since a few of us are having the same problem I thought I start a new thread to make it easier to search for. Please post up your make and model if you have a silmilar problem as below:

When I hooked it up to the vehicle it said to udate the intune. So I hooked it back up to the computer, but it still didn't let me register. It did say it downloaded a file for my car. I hooked it back up to the car and it recognized the vehicle. It then goes to a write to pcm screen. I agree to the waiver then it gives me an error (-5) pcm write canceled then nothing

I did the exact same steps as above to a T. Sounds like we have the exact same problem.

I'll have to check mine when I get home. I know it recognizes my car and the proper VIN comes up.

Was this a problem during bata testing or did it pop up after they where shipped out?

this only seems to be an issue with dodge/chrysler vehicles, nothing for you to worry about CK ;)

The registration is apparently another separate that doesn't have anything to do with this problem even though all of us with this problem also have had the registration problem. But anyway here is the thread for that problem: http://www.diablosport.com/index.php?na ... e+problems

I was asking if the problem happened before or after the bata testing and Lew was telling me not to worry (with my 2010 GMC Sierra), from what I have been reading it sounds like a HEMI tuning issue. I personally hope that they figure the problem out sooner than later and in another thread one of the tech guys said they are working on it.

I think the frustration is the lack of information coming back our way other than "we are working on it". It is getting close to two weeks for some of us. Your post about it being a chrysler problem is the first we have heard of it being narrowed down even though I hypothesized this was the case a couple of days ago in another thread. Also I know ToDieFor, ramshaw and I have been very active in offering to help. Maybe if you posted up what you want us to do as far as contacting you guys via phone or what info to post to help get this problem solved it would speed the process up.

On the other side to everyone with this problem remember there has been a holiday in the middle of this and as much as we want to play with our new toy it hasn't been that long since the problem was discovered if you take the weekends out. Post up your info in these two threads and try to help. It sucks when a situation is out of your control but getting negative won't make it go any faster.

My 2 cents for what it's worth.

I have this file. It's labeled 05030232af.drg if that means anything.

Gray, you must have been the one I that wrote about it being a SRT 8 thing and I have noticed it as well. I hope all of y'all get it figured out sooner than later.
