I have a 06 silverado basically all stock. I have the stock 3.23 gear ratio I plan to do a gear swap to a 3.73 ratio other than adjust the parameters for gear ratio do I have to re-adjust the shift points aswell? And will this void my warranty due the fact that I have to keep the tune at all times to keep my truck shifting properly??

You will still be able to set the truck back to stock if you need to go to the dealer.
