HELP please!!! Cannot tune my vehicle

I just got my intune programmer today and I'm having issues. I have an 09 silverado with the flex fuel 5.3 liter engine with AFM. I have the 4 speed auto trans. When i try to program my vehicle is says "PCM calibration for (my vin number) is not supported. Attempt original backup read" or something to that effect. I updated the programmer before I used it on my vehicle. Under tool info I get this.

sounds like your calid is not supported can you please get that back up from the car then email
[email protected] with that file which will be found in the tunes folder.

anything else you need? Am I gonna have to send this thing in or do you just have to make me a custom crom?

we make a test crom for your application or needed , it take a multiple needed calls to actually build a release crom.

Is my issue being worked on?? I have sent in the necessary files. I would really like to try out my programmer considering how much I paid for it.
