Can't reset original factory tune

Mikel,

Using Predator 7191 on 2005 Chevy Corvette

I had codes p0700 and u0001 and was trying to reset my original factory tune so that I could take the car to the dealer. When I attempted this it did not work so I retried it. It now says "Last tune did not finish the original will be restored" but it never works. When I checked diagnostics for engine codes after attempting this it said unable to read p/n of first calibration file. My car won't start now....it did before attempting this. Need help restpring original tune. I saw where it said force, but I did not do that.
